Always There Personnel is Hiring a Shipping & Receiving Near Blum, TX
Will be responsible for the coordination of timely shipments of quality products and receiving of production materials and consumable supplies into the inventory system.
- Operate forklift.
- Prepare cover page for receiving inspection and combine with traveler and mark plates for ID.
- Prepare BOL.
- Data entry of all shipments.
- Maintain confidentiality of information where required.
- Knowledge of general computer programs (Microsoft, emails internet) Write routine correspondence, reports, and procedures.
- basic math skills.
- Operate:
- overhead cranes,
- jibs,
- forklift,
- trucks and
- other equipment necessary in the movement of materials to perform the job.
- experience with expediting shipments.
- 0-2 years' experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
